His dull scales nearly blended into the surrounding earth. His thick arms were encased in sturdy heavy armor extending all the way to his fingers, whose tips were exceptionally sharp. Clearly, they were his primary weapons.
The elder Flame Thorn addressed was Yin Shi, one of the Eight Great Tribes Leaders of the Snake-People Tribe. He was stooped and aged, holding a cane in his hand, with a trace of gravity deep in his eyes. A highly respected elder among the Snake-People, he had also once served as one of Medusa Queen's guards.
