"Let's go." Lu Fan turned to Bulma.

"Huh? We're leaving already?" Bulma froze, then nodded. "But I guess that's fine. There doesn't seem to be much here at the Lookout. I thought there'd be lots of fun things up here... But aside from a few buildings, there's nothing special."

"Then let's go," Lu Fan said.

Lu Fan stepped forward, wrapped his arms around Bulma, and leaped off the Lookout.

Kami: "..."

Mr. Popo: "..."

The two of them were stunned again.

Had he really just come to look around?

Kami was completely at a loss for words.

What a strange alien.

He'd come all the way to the Lookout, then left without doing anything.

What was he after?

"Lord Kami, what did he mean by that?" Mr. Popo asked, baffled.

"I can tell that this man has tremendous energy... But fortunately, it's relatively pure, with very little evil in it," Kami said with a sigh. "As long as he doesn't cause trouble on Earth, we can let him do as he pleases. He might really just be here on vacation."

Mr. Popo wasn't entirely convinced.

Was he really here on vacation?

Lu Fan and Bulma slowly descended from the Lookout.

"Lu Fan, look! There's a tower down there..." Bulma exclaimed.

"That's Korin Tower. A sage lives there," Lu Fan said.

"Is there a fairy?" Bulma immediately perked up.

Bulma had been disappointed by her visit to the Lookout.

She'd thought God would be a handsome man.

But instead, he was an old man with green skin...

Now that she'd heard the tower below was where a sage lived, Bulma was instantly interested.

"That's right. It's the sage's home," Lu Fan said with a smile. "Want to take a look?"

"Of course I do!" Bulma replied.

"Whoosh!"

Lu Fan took Bulma into Korin Tower.

Korin: "..."

Korin watched Lu Fan warily, then glanced at Bulma beside him.

"Huh? Is that Garfield?" Bulma's eyes lit up. "What a huge cat! I've never seen a cat this big before."

Korin broke into a sweat.

Lu Fan didn't seem inclined to say anything either. He just watched Korin in silence.

Korin stayed silent too.

If you don't speak, I won't speak.

I know you're from outer space.

If the enemy doesn't move, neither do I.

"Lu Fan, where's the fairy?" Bulma looked around. Apart from the cat, there wasn't anyone else here.

"There's no fairy. To be precise, I'm the sage here. You can also call me the Sage Cat," Korin said.

"Ah... He can talk..." Bulma jumped in fright and hurried behind Lu Fan.

Lu Fan smiled faintly and gave Korin a slight nod.

"Alien, can you tell me why you came here?" Korin asked.

"Sightseeing." Lu Fan couldn't be bothered to explain any more than that.

Korin: "..."

You're saying you came here sightseeing?

Who would believe that?

"Are you sure there aren't any fairies here?" Bulma looked disappointed.

This place was even smaller than the Lookout, and it seemed even more boring.

"There aren't, Miss Bulma," Korin replied.

"How do you know my name?" Bulma asked, startled.

"I'm a sage. There's nothing I don't know," Korin said with a smile.

"Then do you know what's at the end of the universe?" Lu Fan asked with a grin.

Korin: "..."

That's not a fair question.

"Ahem. What I mean is, I know the answer to any question about Earth," Korin amended.

"Do you know the exact locations of the seven Dragon Balls?" Lu Fan asked.

Korin wiped his sweat furiously.

This kid had come here just to mess with him.

"So you already know about the Dragon Balls. You came to Earth to look for them, didn't you?" Korin realized.

"Yep. Congratulations, you got it right." Lu Fan nodded.

Korin: "..."

Still, Korin felt a little relieved.

One thing was certain: the alien in front of him didn't seem to mean any real harm.

After all, he'd been getting along peacefully with the people of Earth.

"Do you know how old our kindergarten teacher's younger brother's older sister's child is?" Bulma asked too.

Korin stared at her, completely bewildered.

What kind of nonsense was that?

I can't understand a word you're saying, kid.

"Well..." Korin broke into a sweat.

How was he supposed to answer that?

He didn't know, either.

"The right answer is that there is no child," Bulma replied. "I thought sages were supposed to know everything... Lu Fan, let's go. This place is so boring."

"Then here's another question. How many Senzu Beans do you have?" Lu Fan asked.

"Uh, I know the answer to that one," Korin hurriedly said. "I currently have 1,328 Senzu Beans."

"Congratulations, you've learned to buzz in." Lu Fan stepped forward and took Korin's hand.

Korin smiled.

"I told you, there's nothing I don't know..." Korin said smugly.

"So, you don't mind if I take all those Senzu Beans, do you?" Lu Fan asked.

Korin's smile slowly froze.

"Y-you came here for the Senzu Beans?" Korin suddenly realized.

"One last question. Where are the Senzu Beans?" Lu Fan asked.

Korin was just about to answer.

"Don't tell me. I want to find them myself. Finding them on my own will feel more rewarding." Lu Fan waved his hand.

Korin wiped his sweat furiously.

"Bulma, let's see which of us can find the Senzu Beans first," Lu Fan said to her.

"Senzu Beans? What are those?" Bulma asked, puzzled.

"A kind of very special bean. It cures every illness," Lu Fan said.

"That sounds like one of those little ads you see by the roadside..." Bulma muttered.

Korin felt terrible.

You're comparing my Senzu Beans to roadside ads?

Do you think that's appropriate?

"I love looking for things!" Bulma said, then began rummaging through Korin Tower in search of the Senzu Beans.

Korin felt like crying.

You two really don't act like guests.

Lu Fan actually knew exactly where the Senzu Beans were.

They should be downstairs.

The tower had two floors.

"They're not here, they're not here..." Bulma searched everywhere but couldn't find the Senzu Beans. Then she suddenly spotted the stairs to the lower floor. "Huh? There's another floor down here. I'll take a look."

Bulma hurried down the stairs.

"Lu Fan, I found them! Come see if these are the beans!" Bulma called excitedly from below.
