It wasn't that he hadn't heard of Susanoo. As one of the legendary Sannin, Jiraiya had long since learned from Sarutobi Hiruzen just how terrifying the Uchiha Clan's power could be.

The enormous blue chakra giant seemed to tear across the sky, its rampaging chakra sweeping in every direction like a storm.

Even Gamabunta, who had fought in countless battles, couldn't help drawing in a sharp breath.

If nothing else, in terms of size alone, it was in the same league as Uchiha Itachi's Susanoo, who was already dead—a giant fit for the kids' table.

His massive body shot into the air at incredible speed, leaving a blur behind. The enormous Susanoo blade carved a terrifying fissure across the ground, sending dust flying. Like an earthquake, it tore a bottomless ravine through the earth.

The shock wave swept outward, destroying every building in its path as clouds of dust billowed into the sky.

Gamabunta adjusted his position midair, his gaze sharpening as the pipe between his teeth snapped with a crunch.

"Damn it! My turn to fight back!"

With a furious roar, Gamabunta drew two swords from his waist. Their enormous blades gleamed coldly in the sunlight.

Breathing heavily, Gamabunta shook his enormous head and slowly rose from the rubble.

He brushed the dust from his body, rubbed his back with a thick arm, and cursed through gritted teeth:

"Pah! This guy's hard shell is a real pain."

As soon as he finished speaking, Gamabunta jerked his head up, a fierce glint flashing in his eyes.

Chakra rapidly gathered within him. A low growl rumbled in his throat, making the air itself seem to tremble.

"Water Style: Water Cannon!"

Gamabunta opened his massive jaws, and in an instant, a sphere of water packed with tremendous pressure shot out like a cannonball, its piercing whistle carrying it straight toward the Susanoo.

The enormous sphere spun through the air, whipping up a gale and making the surrounding trees sway violently.

Yet Uchiha Yoru's expression didn't change in the slightest as he faced the fierce attack.

"Hmph."

The Susanoo stood unmoving, the crimson light in its eyes flickering faintly.

The Water Gun crashed into the Susanoo's chakra armor, water exploding outward like a raging sea.

But with a deep rumble, only a faint ripple spread across the armor's surface before it quickly smoothed out.

Gamabunta's attack hadn't left so much as a crack.

"Are you kidding me..."

Gamabunta stared at what had happened, eyes wide with disbelief.

"Is this all you can do?"
