Zhang Tie's heart stirred. He did not turn his head, merely casting a slight sidelong glance. Yet beneath his Lotus Blossom Eye, there was nothing at all. Within a hundred-kilometer radius of the airships, the pitch-black sky revealed nothing whatsoever. This was the first time Zhang Tie had encountered such a situation, and it gave his heart a jolt.
One had to know that although Zhang Tie's Lotus Blossom Eye was not currently in its strongest color-temperature state, its Dark Vision and telescopic functions had both been activated. With these two effects combined, even out in the wilderness, in utter darkness, Zhang Tie could see night as day for hundreds of kilometers and make out a mosquito's wings.
But his spiritual perception could not be wrong. And just as his field of vision remained utterly empty, in the blink of an eye, Zhang Tie sensed that person had flown to within eighty kilometers of the airships and was still closing in. Zhang Tie had absolute confidence in this. Just because the naked eye could not see something did not mean it did not exist.
Unless—unless that person could turn invisible, becoming completely unseen!
