At this moment, the Emperor was no different. Though the Empires of three eras and their countless citizens had supported his authority and greatness throughout his journey, he did not hesitate in the slightest to cast them all aside as discarded pawns.
Without question, he was by no means a qualified person—but he was most certainly a qualified emperor.
