Zhao Cheng looked at the glittering card in the Inventory interface. This was the developer's gift.
The card was perfectly square. Judging by its shape alone, it was no different from the pirated cards sold at roadside stalls long ago. Only its colors were different—an impossible miracle that low-dimensional civilizations could never replicate.
If it had to be described in human language, its color was perhaps closest to the sky blue visible to the naked eye, like the heavens and like a pristine sea. Yet the color it conveyed to the soul held a vastness that seemed to encompass all things.
The back of the card was utterly blank, bearing only pure color. Zhao Cheng looked at its front, where lines that appeared to be patterns were in fact writing, and read aloud the words upon it: "Witch Paradise Invitation Card."
The first thought that arose in Zhao Cheng's mind upon seeing this was: Had I triggered a hidden stage?!
It was just that the method of triggering it was somewhat unusual.
If he himself had not been a bug, this outcome could never have occurred.
It could be said that under normal circumstances, the chance of entering the kept-man route was absolutely zero.
Yet this outcome, one that should never have been possible, had been designed by that unknown entity known as the "developer."
And it seemed to have been done deliberately.
Other than the words "Witch Paradise Invitation Card," though, Zhao Cheng was unable to glean any further information from it with his current abilities.
Thus, Zhao Cheng tapped the card with his thoughts. At once, ripples spread across the Panel, and something akin to a details page popped up.
