At the other end, the first to notice this phenomenon was the Eagle Nation's newly reinstated true god, Henry Campbell-Bannerman!

After Ye Li killed the previous prime minister, Herbert,

the resulting power vacuum had triggered a provision in the Great Eagle constitution: if a former prime minister was still alive, he would automatically fill the position until a new prime minister was elected.
