Watching this scene, the gazes of many students locked onto Li Ang.
Meeting their eyes, Ye Yingluo coughed and began to introduce herself slowly.
"Let me introduce myself. My name is Ye Yingluo, the homeroom teacher for Class One, and I will be your head teacher for the next three years."
"We will be spending these three years of the intermediate program together. As for whether you make it to the six-year mark, that depends on whether you want to advance to the senior department."
"Now, please introduce yourselves, your Martial Souls, and your goals."
Ye Yingluo paused here, her finger pointing directly at Li Ang.
After all, she was most curious about this boy and Na'er, who sat beside him.
Long Hengxu had only told her absolutely not to offend them and to accommodate them as much as possible.
However, Long Hengxu had kept their identities a secret, which only piqued Ye Yingluo's curiosity further.
Meeting his gaze, Li Ang stood up calmly. His eyes swept across the room, and despite the hostile looks from many, his face remained composed.
"My name is Li Ang. You can call me Li Risheng, or you can call me Li Junyue. I don't think there is anything else worth introducing."
"Since everyone present here is trash, please stop looking at me like that, alright?"
Li Ang spoke with blunt directness, his words instantly inciting public outrage.
Yet, just as some students prepared to stand up and rebuke him, three Soul Rings manifested directly around his body.
To have the power to suppress others through sheer force but choose not to, instead offering them a chance to stand on equal footing—isn't that just madness?
If you have power, background, and strength, and you don't show it, do you honestly expect others to see your true nature by peering into your soul?
Seeing the three jet-black Soul Rings suddenly appear around Li Ang, even Ye Yingluo wore a look of shock.
Ye Yingluo looked at Li Ang with a hint of terror, but Li Ang merely raised his hand calmly.
A terrifying gravitational pressure descended, forcing the students who had intended to stand up and rebuke him to be pinned back onto the floor.
Those who had been about to rise or shout something found themselves sitting firmly on the ground.
Feeling this horrific pressure, the previously noisy environment fell instantly silent, and everyone stared at Li Ang.
Li Ang smiled calmly and slowly retracted his aura.
"As for my dream, in truth, my biggest dream was to be a comedian and make everyone laugh, but that dream has certainly been shattered."
As Li Ang spoke, he shook his head to himself.
Ever since he acquired the Geo Archon Rex Lapis Template, his own personality had been heavily influenced, or perhaps his temperament and behavior had begun to lean toward that of the Geo Archon.
However, because his nature was somewhat skewed, he could neither achieve absolute fairness and justice nor absolute indifference.
Thus, his current behavior was somewhat strange, and his personality was a bit extreme.
Li Ang was aware of this, but he didn't care much.
Whatever personality he might have in the future, it would still be his own.
As Li Ang displayed his strength, neither Leng Yaozhu nor the others said anything further, and Ye Yingluo pointed to Na'er, telling her to proceed with her introduction.
Na'er's introduction was simple; she only stated her name and her Martial Soul, the Silver Dragon Spear.
Beyond that, she said nothing else.
As the students finished their introductions one by one, Leng Yaozhu cast a glance over them.
"Classes officially begin tomorrow. I have high expectations for all of you, so I hope you can complete your daily course tasks."
"As Class One, those who have made it here are the top-tier students in our institution."
"I hope you will not disappoint me. Let us study together, strive together, and progress together."
After finishing, Leng Yaozhu nodded at everyone and turned to leave first.
Because today was the opening ceremony, they had no classes in the afternoon.
After school, everyone began to head back to the dorms in groups. Wang Jinxi, Zhang Yangzi, and Wei Xiaofeng had already left, while Li Ang walked calmly behind, followed by Na'er.
"Are you heading back to the Spirit Pagoda? Or are we going to eat together?"
"I won't be going back. You go ahead; I have things to take care of."
"Alright."
Na'er looked at Li Ang and nodded. Although they had been together for three years, they were never particularly close.
Na'er wanted to get closer to Li Ang, but the results were not very good.
Because Li Ang was far too guarded against Na'er, he wouldn't let his guard down just because of some "lovestruck" impulse. After all, that would be gambling with his life.
After Na'er left, Li Ang turned calmly and reached the classroom door. As soon as he arrived, Xie Xie waved at him.
Looking at Xie Xie's swollen face, Li Ang frowned. He had already guessed what happened, but he asked anyway.
"Did you get beaten up? Do you need me to help you take revenge?"
Li Ang looked at Xie Xie, asking with blunt directness.
Xie Xie glanced at him and rolled his eyes.
Xie Xie felt a bit helpless when it came to Li Ang; the kid spoke as if he didn't use his brain at all.
When Li Ang talked about revenge, he meant real revenge. He would actually go and beat someone up, not just be polite or joke around like Xie Xie.
Having known him for three years, Xie Xie had a clear grasp of Li Ang's personality, so he hurriedly shook his head.
"No need. Scars are a man's medals. This was just an accident, but next time I run into that guy, I'll definitely knock his teeth out."
As Xie Xie spoke, he winced, the large bump on his head clearly causing him a great deal of pain.
Yet, in front of his friend, Xie Xie still pretended not to care at all.
Li Ang glanced at Xie Xie and gave a soft "oh."
His eyes flickered slightly before he looked at Xie Xie and raised his hand.
A dense force of life emerged from his palm, and as he slowly pressed it against the bump on Xie Xie's head, the swelling began to subside at an incredible speed.
Feeling his injuries start to heal, Xie Xie was stunned.
Li Ang hadn't possessed this ability before, and its sudden appearance left Xie Xie momentarily dazed.
"Holy crap, Li Ang, what kind of skill is this? Did you master some sort of healing-type soul skill?"
Xie Xie stared at Li Ang, his eyes filled with curiosity.
Meeting his gaze, Li Ang nodded.
He hadn't mastered any recovery-type abilities, but his newly acquired authority included the power to manipulate elements.
By combining element manipulation with his own strength, he could mobilize the surrounding life energy—or rather, draw upon the core power of Douluo Planet contained within himself.
Even a tiny drop of it was enough to help Xie Xie recover from his injuries.
