At the thought, Li Ang stopped hesitating.
As he raised his hand, a formless shimmer twisted in his palm, and ripples spread across the Douluo Planet.
Then the Spirit Bone, almost identical to a human hand bone, appeared.
Compared to before, however, it now gleamed a vibrant emerald green.
Staring at the pale green Spirit Bone, Li Ang's eyes filled with confusion.
"Why does this Spirit Bone look so much like a human hand bone? And wasn't it supposed to be an Earth-element Spirit Bone? Why is there so much life energy in it?"
Li Ang studied the Spirit Bone, puzzlement showing in his eyes.
As his fingers lightly touched it, the left hand bone slowly melted into a pool of green liquid and flowed straight into his body.
Perhaps it was because of his Douluo Planet Martial Soul, or perhaps because the Douluo Planet had imbued it with its power, but the Spirit Bone was almost perfectly compatible with Li Ang.
Feeling a tingling sensation in his palm, Li Ang stared at his hands.
There was no visible change to their surface.
As the hand bone fused with—or rather, replaced—his own bones, the power within him that came from the Geo Archon Rex Lapis Template began to gather frantically before slowly pouring into the Spirit Bone.
The sensation wasn't wonderful. It wasn't even close.
It was simply strange, as if someone had lightly chiseled open his palm and was making changes inside.
The feeling was slightly numb, but soon it gave way to a peculiar sort of pleasure.
Li Ang gazed at his hands, his eyes flickering slightly.
