After that, aside from controlling Uchiha Fugaku, I would sit back and wait until the Uchiha Clan was driven to the brink of despair. Then I'd work with him from the inside and outside to take over as the new clan leader.
Once I became the new clan leader and had power, I'd definitely build a massive crystal palace! Whenever he thought about it, Uchiha Chen grew excited and immediately began considering who to control next.
The only beauty left among the Uchiha Clan was Uchiha Izumi, who would become a beauty in the future. But she was still young and needed time to grow. Better to cultivate a relationship first and enjoy watching her mature.
He still didn't know whether Uchiha Itachi had already claimed a place in her heart, but it didn't matter. He had plenty of time to gradually set her straight.

The next morning, perhaps because so much had happened the day before, Uchiha Chen slept until the sun was high in the sky before finally waking.
As a Jonin, and especially as a Jonin of the Uchiha Clan, Uchiha Chen should ordinarily have become a member of the Uchiha Police Force. But the previous owner of this body had been an antisocial sort and hadn't chosen that path.
What's more, he only took on missions when he needed to advance his ninja rank or when the Hokage assigned them directly. The rest of the time, he spent training alone at home.
Fortunately, the original owner's home still held the training notes and ninjutsu manuals his parents had left behind when they died. With their help, he had eventually managed to reach Jonin rank.
At that thought, Uchiha Chen suddenly remembered that the parents of this body had been brutally killed on the Iwagakure battlefield by Gari of the Explosion Corps! No wonder the original owner had trained so desperately. He must have wanted to avenge that terrible blood feud as soon as possible!
With that in mind, Uchiha Chen silently swore, Now that I have your body, I'll see your unfinished business through and kill your enemy with my own hands!
Since Gari of Explosion Release killed your parents, I absolutely won't let him get away with it! Once I've killed him, your parents' spirits can rest in peace.
And, while I'm at it... I'll bring back the future Leg Shadow and have her bear me children, as her way of apologizing to you~ Of course, as for where Hiruko will find someone else with Explosion Release to steal for his future Chimera Technique, that's none of my concern.
Just as he was thinking about this, Uchiha Chen suddenly remembered that, now that he had successfully taken control of Mikoto, the system should have given him a reward. So why hadn't he heard a thing?
With a hint of annoyance and confusion, Uchiha Chen questioned the system in his mind, his tone less than friendly. Hey! Where's my reward? As soon as he finished speaking, the familiar, emotionless system voice rang out in the depths of his mind:
"Congratulations, Host, on successfully taking control of Uchiha Mikoto. You are hereby awarded the Mangekyo Sharingan abilities Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, along with one Eternal Youth Pill. Please claim your rewards."
Hearing this, Uchiha Chen hurriedly opened the system panel to take a look, only to discover that this so-called system was little more than a featureless blank slate!
It didn't even have the shop every transmigrator needed, and its quest tab contained only one lonely, long-term quest called "Win Over and Control the Women of the Naruto World," with "Quest Complete X1" clearly displayed above it and a prompt to claim his reward.
Faced with such a bare-bones system interface, Uchiha Chen could only roll his eyes before silently claiming the tantalizing reward.
After fusing the two ocular abilities, he felt nothing unusual. There was no stabbing pain like when he had awakened his eyes, nor any discomfort afterward.
He could simply sense that two more ocular abilities now resided in his eyes.
Furthermore, he could now use any ocular ability at will. He could even switch the abilities that had previously been fixed in each eye by changing which eye he used, allowing him to wield them more efficiently. This had undoubtedly given him a tremendous boost in strength.
As for the pill, he'd leave it in the system for now and give it to Mikoto once he'd succeeded, so she could remain forever young. After all, he would surely become a godlike being in the future. How could the women in his harem be allowed to lose their youth?
Thinking of the operation a month away, Uchiha Chen quickly got dressed and picked up a set of sharp ninja tools, preparing to head outside for some proper training.
However, the moment he grasped the ninja tools in his hand, Uchiha Chen couldn't help but chuckle.
Thinking back to the day before, he'd been so arrogant and overconfident that he'd gone without bringing anything, relying on nothing but sheer nerve as he tried to take control of the strongest Uchiha alive.
Fortunately, he'd managed to control Mikoto by a stroke of luck. Otherwise, he'd be in a terribly awkward position right now.
After all, the two ocular abilities he'd had before were both more suited to support. If his plan failed and he faced the Uchiha Clan's attack, he might not have died, but he'd certainly have had to flee in a panic.
Uchiha Chen quietly made his way to a secluded spot by a small river outside the clan grounds. Few people usually came here, so he could train in peace. He stood by the river and observed the surroundings for a while. Once he was sure no one would pass by anytime soon, he slowly settled into his training.
First, he spent half an hour practicing Taijutsu and warming up, preparing for the ninjutsu training ahead.
Then he began using his ninjutsu one by one: Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique, Fire Style: Dragon Fire Technique... followed by Lightning Release: Ground Walk, Lightning Release: Lightning Spear, and so on.
He focused intently on practicing each technique in turn, from the simplest to the most advanced, feeling the chakra flow through his body.
Just as Uchiha Chen was about to try out his Mangekyo Sharingan abilities, he suddenly heard faint footsteps in the distance, accompanied by the rustle of wind.
Looks like someone else is coming. To avoid unnecessary trouble, he quickly slipped up into a nearby tree and waited quietly for them to leave.
Before long, a boy and a girl came walking from afar. When he got a good look at them, he realized he knew the boy in front: he was none other than their young clan leader, Uchiha Itachi!
The pretty young girl following him had to be Uchiha Izumi, right? Just as he'd expected, she truly was a beautiful, graceful girl, worthy of being Uchiha Itachi's official pairing even at such a young age.
As they drew closer, Uchiha Chen couldn't help feeling a pang of jealousy. Hmph! Now that I'm here, Uchiha Itachi, you can forget about messing with Izumi! I'm stealing her right out from under you.
