Ye Ning forced down the urge to complain and seriously began tending to Might Guy's injuries.

So... so cringe!

It was so cringe that Ye Ning felt embarrassed for him.

Especially paired with Guy's movements, the whole line seemed to reach a new level...

Nothing but awkwardness!

"Is this... Medical Ninjutsu?"

Noticing the look in Might Guy's eyes shift from longing to disappointment as he watched the Medical Ninjutsu, Ye Ning asked softly, "It is Medical Ninjutsu. Do you want to learn it?"

"I don't have the talent for it. I couldn't even learn the Clone Technique, no matter how long I tried. I can only follow the path of Taijutsu."

Guy seemed to open the floodgates, his mood suddenly sinking.

"Sometimes, I really envy geniuses like Kakashi. You know Kakashi, right? The genius who graduated from the Ninja Academy at five. I envy him for having such talent, and for being able to use all kinds of ninjutsu whenever he wants."

"Hard work can let you catch up to a genius. I always comfort myself with that thought, but perhaps those geniuses work just as hard as I do?"

"Hard work might not help you surpass a genius. But if you don't work hard, you won't even see the genius's back."

Ye Ning stood up and patted Guy's bowl-cut hair.

"I believe that one day, you'll be able to stand before Kakashi and challenge him."

"Really... I can?"

"Keep working hard, and one day you'll do it. After all, as you said, that's what youth is all about!"

Ye Ning stood up, unexpectedly moved. He imitated Guy's tone and got a little dramatic himself.

With Ye Ning's encouragement, Guy rallied again. His eyes gradually grew bright and determined.

Following Guy as he ran back to school, Ye Ning finally found the way home.

Guy mistakenly thought Ye Ning had walked him to school and thanked him profusely.

Watching Guy's back as he dashed into the Ninja Academy, Ye Ning smiled.

Once Guy had run inside and disappeared from sight, Ye Ning turned around and prepared to head back to the Senju Clan Grounds.

This whole ordeal had taught him a lesson.

From now on, he'd have to get Tsunade to show him around Konoha properly. Otherwise, he'd probably get lost a few more times...

But the moment he turned around, Ye Ning spotted someone crouched by the corner of a shop, butt sticking up in the air. Every so often, a few lecherous snickers escaped him.

Ye Ning shifted his gaze to the shop sign. Sure enough, it read "Hot Spring Inn."

That made the man's identity obvious.

The famous Konoha Sannin, Jiraiya!

Ye Ning's expression darkened. He stood a short distance away, arms folded across his chest.

This guy...

When he'd watched the anime, he hadn't thought Jiraiya's behavior was all that bad. He'd just figured it made for a distinctive character. But seeing it happen right in front of him, he couldn't feel anything but disgust.

Even though Jiraiya was one of his favorite characters.

Peeping on people in the bath...

Ye Ning suddenly wanted to punch Jiraiya's head in.

"Captain, there's someone over there..."

"I can see that!"

Uchiha Fugaku was at a loss.

Under normal circumstances, the Police Force had the authority to arrest anyone peeping into the women's bath.

But the man peeping into the women's bath was Jiraiya!

One of the Sannin, a man who'd rendered great service on the battlefield during the Second Shinobi World War. Never mind whether they could arrest Jiraiya; even if they did, what good would it do?

The Third Hokage would put pressure on the Uchiha Clan, and they'd have no choice but to let Jiraiya go anyway.

"Captain... what should we do?"

You're asking me what to do? How would I know?

Uchiha Fugaku looked troubled. He suddenly regretted leading the patrol today.

If he hadn't seen this, he could've pretended not to know. But now that he'd seen it, pretending not to notice would be dereliction of duty for the Police Force!

If someone in the bathhouse complained, the Police Force would be in for another headache.

Uchiha Fugaku gritted his teeth and was just about to step forward and stop Jiraiya from peeping when he saw a young man hurrying toward him.

Uchiha Fugaku hesitated and stopped in his tracks. Then he saw a sight he would never forget.

Seeing Jiraiya making such a lecherous, slack-jawed face, Ye Ning couldn't hold back any longer. He strode over to him.

He'd meant to remind Jiraiya to watch himself, but Jiraiya didn't react at all. He just kept snickering, the sound utterly lascivious.

"Phew..."

Ye Ning took a deep breath. He couldn't hold back anymore.

What would Tsunade do in this situation?

Ye Ning walked all the way around Jiraiya, who was completely absorbed in himself and oblivious to everything around him, as if looking for the perfect spot.

Then Ye Ning clenched his fist and slammed it down.

That punch held not only a trace of the Strength of a Hundred he'd learned from Tsunade, but also all the anger he'd been bottling up for ages!

Intentional Punch!

A scream rang through the sky.

The terrifying force smashed Jiraiya straight into a crater in the ground.

But Ye Ning felt fantastic.

Phew...

That hit the spot.

Ye Ning finally understood why Tsunade was always throwing punches.

When you can solve things with your fists, don't waste time arguing!

That punch felt amazing!

"Damn it! Who interrupted this great sage while I was gathering material?"

As the dust settled, Jiraiya climbed out of the crater, looking thoroughly disheveled. He was covered in dust and looked like a mess, but otherwise seemed fine—not injured at all.

He really was tough, just as you'd expect from someone Tsunade had beaten up since they were kids.

As he climbed to his feet, Jiraiya quickly scanned the area. He soon fixed his gaze on Ye Ning and glared at him.

"Kid, was it you who interrupted this great sage while I was gathering material?"

"Gathering material? You mean shamelessly peeping into the women's bath?"

Ye Ning let out a mocking laugh.

"You're an important figure in Konoha, yet you're peeping on Konoha's own villagers. Even rabbits know not to foul their own nests! Ugh, disgusting! You're a man with desires and needs, and I can understand that. But you could pay for it! Even if you do it on the sly, it wouldn't cost much. And you call yourself one of Konoha's Sannin? You're a lecher, worse than a lowlife. That's all there is to it: disgusting! Disgusting!"

Jiraiya's face flushed red and white in turn.

It was bad enough that he'd been caught peeping. Worse, he'd been caught red-handed. And on top of that, some kid had chewed him out without holding back.

How humiliating!

Jiraiya awkwardly filled in the hole he'd dug and muttered, "I'll stop looking, okay...? Did you really have to say all that?"
