New Covenant County, Heaven's Punishment branch, beneath the bank building.

Six black business vans arrived with the traffic and pulled into the parking lot below the building.

Sean Mead, head of the Enforcement Department, Ocedo William, deputy head of the Inspection Department, and the elites of both departments had long been waiting at the entrance to the bank building. Standing ramrod straight, they silently watched the convoy arrive and park.

From the bulletproof business van in the middle, the driver, dressed in a black suit and white gloves, hurriedly got out and opened the door.

Then a pair of black thick-soled combat boots stepped out. Above them were loose camouflage pants, a dark green tactical vest, and a lightweight jacket.

Their owner was a young woman. Her tawny brown hair was tied into a crisp ponytail; her lips were thin and rosy, her nose delicate and straight, her brows long and sharp. Her makeup-free face was valiant and strikingly handsome, radiating an imposing, dashing air.
