Hearing Rainer's words, Garon trembled all over. Since he had already suffered a backlash when first reviewing the paper, Rainer's words did not cause any disturbance in his magic now. "I have a question. In the latest issue of Alchemy, Lord Fleming proposed that fire elements possess negative mass, thereby explaining many problems in combustion reactions. Could it be that combustion reactions are actually divided into many types? Or perhaps only reactions involving fire elements are 'true' combustion reactions?"
Clearly, he was trying to defend the existing Combustion Theory. Its past achievements were simply too dazzling. If it were overturned so directly, it would not merely mean rewriting textbooks.
