Tang Wulin returns to the current era with memories from his previous life, though he is described as possessing memories rather than having undergone a complete rebirth. He retains the complete power of the Golden Dragon King, inherits the Destruction God King’s divine position, and receives the Always One Level Higher System. His memories do not include the “Little Dragon God” period or his fourth ten-thousand-year life. 2 8 50 62

Before arriving at Eastsea Academy, Tang Wulin studies forging under Mang Tian. Within only a few days, he completes Hundred-Refining and Thousand-Refining, earns money through forging, and prepares for a possible transfer through the Blacksmith Association. He remains in Eastsea City because he expects Gu Yue to appear. 7

When Na’er suddenly appears in Eastsea City, Tang Wulin is delayed by Angel Guards while Le Zhengyue abducts her. Tang Wulin later reaches the scene but cannot locate her through his Golden Dragon King bloodline, beginning his prolonged concern over her disappearance. 8

He resolves to meet Gu Yue again and help settle the conflict between humanity and soul beasts. His plans are disrupted when Gu Yue arrives at Shrek Academy without her memories and treats him with complete indifference. Tang Wulin is protective of the people he considers family and comrades. Na’er’s disappearance leaves him anxious and suspicious of Le Zhengyue, while Gu Yue’s memory loss causes him visible frustration and sadness. 8 56 66 77
