Background / History

Tang Ya was the remaining Sect Master of the declining Tang Sect, which at the time consisted only of herself and Beibei. She encountered Tang An in the Star Dou Forest while searching for Huo Yuhao. After Tang An produced the genuine First Generation Sect Master Token and declared that he had been sent to revive the sect, Tang Ya accepted his authority and became his acting assistant. 9

Before meeting Tang An, Tang Ya followed what she believed to be Tang San's cultivation path, intending to acquire poison-attribute soul rings for her Blue Silver Grass. Tang An explained that Tang San possessed the Blue Silver Emperor rather than ordinary Blue Silver Grass, then exposed the hidden corruption and mutation in Tang Ya's martial soul. 10

Tang An's Life Origin resonated with Tang Ya's martial soul, calming its unstable dark attribute and sharply accelerating her cultivation.
