"Didn't they say we had two hours? Less than an hour has passed. There's still time."

Leon turned to look at his delicate daughter, and a trace of reluctance showed through his calm expression.

Mordred put on a bold, generous air. "With so little time, I can't spend all of it with you. I have to save some for Mother too. I haven't seen her in so long—I want to have a proper talk with her."

"...All right. I'd originally wanted to spend a little more time with you."

Now that Mordred had put it that way, Leon could not refuse. What reason did he have to stop his daughter from seeing her mother one last time?
