The battle in the arena came to a brief standstill after Frieza's narrow escape.

It was only when Frieza pointed toward Universe 7's spectator stands and named "Sun Wuxiu" that—

the others, who had still been reliving that intense exchange of attacks and defenses, abruptly shifted their attention.

During that rapid series of high-speed exchanges, the battle had changed too quickly for the spectators to spare any thought for the words Hit had spoken before attacking.

Now that the conversation between the two had paused, Goku and the others finally realized it.

Hit had just personally admitted that the bizarre technique capable of freezing an individual's time had originally been developed specifically for Sun Wuxiu.

That meant Universe 6's greatest assassin had crossed paths with Sun Wuxiu before, and had even fought him.

Goku immediately turned his head and stared straight at Sun Wuxiu beside him. His eyes were filled with curiosity about that unknown battle as he asked directly.

"Big brother, did you fight Hit before?"

Feeling everyone's gazes on him, Sun Wuxiu showed no extra emotion. He merely nodded calmly and stated a fact in an indifferent tone.

"We met once in Universe 6. We just exchanged a few moves casually."

Upon receiving that definite answer, Goku immediately slammed his fist into his palm. Dissatisfaction appeared on his face as he complained outright.

"Big brother! You went off to have fun again without us! You ran into such a powerful opponent and didn't even take us along!"

Sun Wuxiu raised his right hand and waved it lightly, stopping Goku's complaints as he explained.

"I was in Universe 6 on business at the time. I just happened to run into him; I wasn't specifically looking for an opponent."
