Turning the Tide

This scene of Lin Yuan's was the most explosive part of the entire film.

The rest of the plot simply explained how they escaped alive and touched on the path to harmonious coexistence between humans and dinosaurs, completing its mission of conveying its values.

At the end of the film, the protagonists safely left Dinosaur Island by plane.

Then the words "Thank You for Watching" appeared on the screen, followed by a list of crew members in white text against a black background.

The movie had ended, but most people did not leave. They remained firmly seated in their chairs.

The few who had wanted to leave sat back down when they saw this.

As the end credits finished, the screen lit up once more.

"The post-credits scene is finally here," the woman beside Lin Yuan said.

"You had me worried sick. Let me see the behind-the-scenes footage already," the man replied.

For example, Dr. Grant picked up a lump of Spinosaurus "poop" and smeared it across action director Meng Tao's face.

Without changing expression, Meng Tao scraped some off his face and stuffed it into his mouth. "I was just feeling hungry. Time to replenish some energy."

Seemingly realizing this might make the audience uncomfortable, Director Johnston walked in front of the camera with a smile. "It's made from dyed cereal. Eating some of it also reduces food waste. Anyone else want some?"

"Bleurgh—"

"No way!"

"Director, if you're so afraid of wasting it, eat it yourself!"

A whole crowd of crew members scattered and fled in every direction.

Director Johnston said with a wry smile, "Then it can only be sent off as feed. Otherwise, it'd be such a waste."

Seeing this, the woman laughed. "This crew seems to have such a great atmosphere. It's pretty fun."

The man nodded. "It is fun, but I still want to see Lin Yuan."

The woman rolled her eyes. "When I said I wanted to see Lin Yuan at first, who was the one looking down on him?"

"That was because I didn't know him before. Now I'm convinced!"

Only after several behind-the-scenes clips had played did it finally come to Lin Yuan's action scenes. Clearly, the director had treated this as the main event and saved it for last.

When the audience saw Lin Yuan leaping and running through the jungle without any protective equipment, they finally confirmed that those thrilling action stunts in the movie had truly been filmed for real.

"He's really an all-powerful superhero. He's insanely tough."

"Thank goodness Lin Yuan was in it. Otherwise, I'd never give this movie a good review."

"That's right. Lin Yuan saved this movie."

"Was that scene where he fell from the tree filmed for real too?" someone questioned.

"No way, right? Was he really that reckless with his life?"

Before the discussion ended, the big screen immediately showed behind-the-scenes footage of Lin Yuan filming the scene where he fell from the tree.

Cameras at three different positions had captured the sequence from different angles, and each recording was played in turn.

The audience thus saw how Lin Yuan tumbled as he fell from different perspectives, slamming viciously into the ground.

Each deafening impact sounded as though a massive boulder had crashed into the audience's hearts.

The woman beside him tightly held the man's hand with both of hers, tiny glimmers of tears shining in her slightly reddened eyes.
