The strength of planets throughout the universe was ranked according to the strongest fighter on each one.
Planets whose strongest fighters had a Power Level below 1,000 were classified as worthless, low-class planets!
Those with strongest fighters between 1,000 and 3,000 were classified as low-class planets.
Planets with Power Levels between 3,000 and 5,000 were classified as mid-class planets!
Planets whose strongest fighters had a Power Level of around 10,000 were classified as high-class planets.
As for planets with Power Levels above 10,000, there were too many unknown factors. A warrior with overwhelming strength could appear out of nowhere.
So, even on Planet Vegeta, there weren't many Saiyans capable of subduing a high-class planet. If they didn't transform into Great Apes in time, going to certain overly powerful planets would be tantamount to suicide.
Chapter 11: The Sisters' Intentions, Lin Feng's Battlefield
Two Saiyan pods left Planet Vegeta together, heading for a planet called Distuka.

But Xueseli, one of the strongest High-Class Saiyans, was traveling with her too. That left them utterly baffled.
"Why do you think Lady Xueseli is leaving Planet Vegeta with Lady Xuesaiya?" a Low-Class Saiyan who prepared spacecraft for the Saiyans asked curiously.
On Planet Vegeta, among the Saiyan race, and throughout the entire universe, strength was everything.
If the weak failed to show the strong sufficient respect, they deserved to be killed.
So, adding "Lady" after the name of someone stronger had practically become an unwritten rule throughout the universe.
"Lady Xuesaiya only accepted a mission to attack a low-class planet. With her Power Level of over 5,000, she can handle it easily. It really is puzzling that Lady Xueseli is going along too!"
An old Saiyan with a white beard listened to them chatting and said with a smile, "Xueseli's daughter, Paranti, is still on a mission on another planet. Perhaps Lady Xueseli and Lady Xuesaiya are just leaving Planet Vegeta together, and they'll go their separate ways afterward!"
"Old Ke makes a good point!"
Just then, a squad of Mid-Class Saiyans walked over, apparently also preparing to leave Planet Vegeta. The others promptly fell silent and began preparing Spherical Pods for them.
