Background

Xuesaiya was originally regarded as an ordinary mid-class female Saiyan, in contrast to her high-class sister Xueseli. She was married to the elite Saiyan Barota, but he died in battle on Canglu Planet several months before their son Lin Feng was born 6.

While campaigning alongside Xueseli, Xuesaiya learned that Lin Feng had been born with more than 120 combat power. The news left her astonished, excited, and unable to stop smiling; she took pride in her son's exceptional potential 7 8.

Xuesaiya and Xueseli served together in a female Saiyan combat squad and had destroyed and slaughtered planets for more than a decade. Like many Saiyans, Xuesaiya accepted planetary-conquest missions for additional income 15 16.

Xuesaiya is described as a graceful, peerlessly beautiful female Saiyan with delicate features. Her appearance and demeanor change sharply between battle and home life.

Personality

Xuesaiya is fiercely proud of Lin Feng and becomes openly emotional when he recognizes her as his mother. She cries with joy, embraces him tightly, and quickly becomes playful and affectionate at home 13 14.

Her affection is also intensely protective. While observing Lin Feng's battle on Distuka, she considered slaughtering every enemy stronger than him if the planet's strongest warrior had not already been occupied fighting him 19. When Xueseli and Paranti were reported missing, her grief and fury caused an immediate explosive rise in power 23.

As a Saiyan conqueror, she is capable of extreme ruthlessness toward enemies. She regarded Distuka's inhabitants as beneath notice when entrusting the planet's conquest to Lin Feng 16. She is also competitive, taking particular delight in defeating her prodigious son during their sparring sessions 14.

Story Role / Major Arcs

Lin Feng's Early Training

After returning from a mission, Xuesaiya discovered Lin Feng training alone and watched his combat power rise from 463 to 677. She tested him with a suppressed-power sneak attack, then became overjoyed when he accepted her as his mother 12 13.

She and Xueseli trained Lin Feng for more than half a year, teaching him energy attacks, combat techniques, and practical fighting. Xuesaiya regularly sparred with him and raised her power whenever his formidable body made equal-level combat ineffective 14.

Distuka Conquest

Xuesaiya accepted the mission to conquer Distuka and brought Lin Feng there with Xueseli. She left him combat armor and a Scouter, entrusting him with conquering the planet alone while she and Xueseli visited Paranti 15 16.

The sisters later observed Lin Feng's battle with Distuka's strongest warrior from afar. Although worried by his injuries, Xuesaiya recognized that life-or-death combat was driving his Saiyan growth 19 20.

Home Training and Hidden Strength

Lin Feng passed the initial Dragon Elephant Prison-Suppressing Art to Xuesaiya, who spent her mission earnings on a 100× gravity chamber. Her growth carried her past the ordinary Saiyan power limit, while she learned to hide her strength from Planet Vegeta's other warriors 21 22.

Rescue on Duoluodi Planet

After learning that Xueseli and Paranti had vanished and that Xueseli's husband had died, Xuesaiya's fury elevated her power to 47,000. She immediately departed with Lin Feng to rescue them 23 24.

On Duoluodi Planet, Xuesaiya sensed Cui's presence, destroyed his Scouter, and reunited with her injured sister after Lin Feng blocked Cui's attack. She later revealed her true 47,000 combat power to Xueseli, whose shock caused her to faint 25 26 28.
