During the banquet, a guard reported to King Vegeta.

"An irregular flight log?" King Vegeta had just managed to escape the tedious banquet, and the news put him in a foul mood. "What exactly happened? Speak up."

"Here's the situation. Of the spacecraft previously dispatched to clear out Dwarf Planet, one has now flown to a star system in XY Sector without receiving any orders. An uninhabited suburb south of East City, in a country on Earth

A brilliant streak of light tore across the sky like a meteor. Once it passed, a deafening crash rang out in the uninhabited suburbs south of East City. It was the sound of the spaceship carrying Sun Yu and Lana making intimate contact with the ground.

"Haha, we're finally here!" Sun Yu led Lana out of the spaceship. He stretched luxuriously, feeling utterly refreshed.

"Kael, I think this planet's gravity is really weak. Can we actually learn how to cultivate ki here?" Lana looked around and pouted.

"Let me put it this way: Earthlings are all born with a battle power of . Once they reach adulthood, some exceptional individuals can fight at over . And yet, among this species, there are people who can raise their battle power by more than through dedicated martial arts training." Sun Yu paused, then continued, "Earthlings have such poor base stats, but they can still improve so much. Just imagine how powerful you and I could become if we mastered this kind of training!"

"Th-this... If what you're saying is true, then it might be possible for me to break ten thousand in battle power once I'm an adult. Right, Kael?" At the thought of such a dramatic increase in power, Lana's eyes sparkled with excitement.

According to the Dragon Ball anime, when Son Goku completed his hundred-times gravity training, the official account said he had already gained power beyond a Saiyan's limits. In other words, a Saiyan only entered the early stages of fully developing their battle power once they reached .

But Sun Yu couldn't tell Lana any of that, so he smiled and replied, "Of course. Raising your battle power by ten thousand is nothing, really."

"Wow, Kael, don't lie to me! Ten thousand battle power would already surpass King Vegeta, right? Then I'll go back and become the new queen of Planet Vegeta. Hahaha..."

Lana danced around in excitement. Beside her, Sun Yu broke into a cold sweat. He wondered if bringing her to Earth had been the right decision and prayed she wouldn't get carried away and try to conquer the planet. Better to let her become queen of Earth first.

"Kael, take me to the powerful people on Earth so I can train!" Lana said excitedly.

But he wasn't a combat-oriented Namekian, so his ki was completely suppressed. The Scouter couldn't detect him. As for Master Roshi, there was no need to mention him. Most of the time, he was just a pervert who loved reading porn magazines and spent all day thinking about groping girls' butts.

"What a rough start!" Sun Yu sighed helplessly.

"Hey, Kael, I'm hungry. Let's go get something to eat first!" Seeing Sun Yu looking troubled, Lana suggested.

The two flew all the way to the city center. The buildings were very similar to those in the Dragon Ball world, and the civilization was far more advanced than the Earth Sun Yu had known before transmigrating. The solar-powered hover vehicles driving past were proof enough.

When he spotted an imposing building ahead with the words "Eastern Bank" written in huge letters, Sun Yu decided they would rob that one. "Lana, let's do this one. Let's go down, and remember, don't hurt anyone."

Lana nodded. The two descended rapidly to the ground, only to find that the people outside the bank were in a panic, scattering in every direction. Something seemed to have happened.

Curious, Sun Yu stopped an elderly white-haired man and asked, "Sir, do you know what's happened up ahead?"

"Huh? You don't know, young man? Armed robbers have taken over the bank and are holding a lot of hostages. I'd stay away if I were you, so you don't get caught up in it!" the old man kindly advised him.

"Huh?" Sun Yu was stunned. Do you have to wait in line to rob a bank these days? I'm not putting up with that. Let's kick their asses!

Just then, sirens blared, apparently to stir up the tension, as one police car after another raced past. The officers got out and shouted through megaphones, "This is the police! You're surrounded! Release the hostages and surrender immediately..."

(PS: Some people rush to leave angry comments about robbing banks the moment they see it. Just to be clear, the author has lots of twists planned. If you pay a little attention, you'll notice plenty of foreshadowing.)
