After walking some distance down the corridor, they arrived at a vast hall. Everything inside seemed to have been cleared out long ago. The many murals that had once covered the walls appeared to have been stripped away and taken during the battle all those years ago. At a glance, there was nothing here now. Even the carpet on the floor no longer looked like a carpet; it was merely a tangle of rotten threads.
The four enormous pillars supporting the entire structure also looked as though they would not hold up for much longer, as if they could crack apart at any moment.
Azshara frowned slightly. "It seems something is coming out."
Sure enough, glittering things seemed to be gradually condensing within the darkness. There were an enormous number of them—at least several hundred at a glance.
"Wraiths?" Li glanced at Bar. Someone like Bar, who wielded holy-light magic, naturally knew a great deal about such creatures.
