This city looked fairly decent, with all kinds of facilities fully equipped. Perhaps the only strange thing was that there was no one here. As he walked down the streets, Li saw large signs everywhere, though the writing on them had become damaged and illegible. The road beneath his feet was exceptionally broad, wide enough for around twenty people to walk abreast. It seemed that, free from the threat of war, the people here had devoted most of their resources to public welfare.
A drop of water suddenly fell onto the ground before Li. Then, with that first raindrop, more began to fall in rapid succession. "Rain? It can rain in a place like this?" Li muttered to himself. But then again, where exactly was this place? Although Shikamaru and the others believed it was an underground world, Li could not shake the feeling that this was no longer Earth. It felt as though he had entered another world.
