Listening to August's words, Li slowly frowned. If it was now the year 778, then there were probably not many events he had missed.
Zeref was born in 384.
Makarov was born in 696.
In 736, Makarov became Fairy Tail's guild master, and Precht left Fairy Tail.
Gildarts was born in 774.
In other words, the First Master was already dead, while nearly all of Fairy Tail's future main force had yet to be born. So what should he do now? As the system had said, concealing his identity was actually a good idea.
He had no clue whatsoever about this world's future development. Hiding away directly really was a good idea.
The plot of this world would not officially enter the original story's course until six years from now. If Li interfered now, something truly irreversible might happen.
Li nodded lightly, then suddenly asked, "Tell me, where is this place?"
"The Alvarez Principality." August looked at Li strangely, then asked, "You're not from this world, are you? When I listened to traveling bards tell stories, people from other worlds always asked questions like this."
Li looked at the boy before him. This August was really quite tough. Even now, he had not asked Li to heal him. Or was he simply pitifully naive, thinking he could endure such injuries by himself?
But then again, this was not the Fiore Kingdom. In that case, it was understandable for Zeref to run rampant here. With that thought, Li nodded. "Since you answered my question, let me handle your injuries."
"I don't need it." August looked at Li, and an unpleasant gleam flashed through his eyes. "I was crippled long ago. I can't even be bothered to learn any magic. They all said I had good talent, but what use was that?
