A nearly invisible black thread suddenly appeared in the sky. It quickly thickened and lengthened, transforming into a black hole large enough for one person to pass through.
Then Zeref stepped out of it, looking utterly disheveled, his clothes in tatters.

The Crimson Canopy did not attack Zeref. It had no ability to attack in the first place. It merely kept devouring the black hole behind him. Threads of crimson slowly seeped into the blackness, red and black rapidly reversing one another. Before long, all traces of Zeref's arrival had vanished.
Li looked at Zeref without any expression, as if telling him, "Well? The victor has been decided, hasn't it?"
Yet Zeref wore a faint smile. "I never expected this, Li. You actually had such a trump card—sealing space, then forcing me to settle things with you using black magic?"
Li snorted, his expression barely changing. "If you think you can defeat me with black magic alone, then you're being far too arrogant."
Zeref gently shook his head. "No, no, no. I
