Beyond the Other Shore

Beyond the Other Shore, above the vast expanse.

Countless resplendent Universes lay arrayed here like the sands of the Ganges, merging into an endlessly stretching sea of sand.

There was no concept of Void Path here, nor any measure of time. Here, everything was empty, and everything existed. Fate and Creation were but dream phantoms and bubbles; the boundless Cosmos seemed as though, with a single thought, it could all be Annihilated, and with another thought, surge forth anew.

There were no rules here. The thoughts of any being capable of setting foot in this place could forge myriad Supreme Rules.

At this moment,

Among those Ganges-sand-like resplendent Universes, one suddenly blossomed with brilliant, dazzling light. Then a figure stepped out from within it, crossing over in a single stride to stand beyond the Other Shore, above the vast expanse.

In but an instant, hundreds of millions of rays of light illuminated the boundless Cosmos and reflected across the infinite expanse. An indescribable supreme power gathered upon him, then gradually dispersed, finally revealing Chen Mu's figure.

Chen Mu's expression was slightly dazed.

At this moment, he felt as though he stood here as a mere mortal, as if he had returned to the frailest, most ancient, most primordial state. Yet it also seemed that with a single thought, he could illuminate endless Universes and cause these Ganges-sand-like resplendent Universes to undergo Annihilation and rebirth anew.

He had already ascended to Transcendence. At this point, even the concept of power no longer existed. He had truly reached the realm where "there is nothing outside the mind." Everything existed because of a thought from him, and all things would decay and perish because of a thought from him.
