A Small Goal

"Time really was worthless. So much of it had passed in the blink of an eye—more than a year had gone by. It seemed I needed to make better use of my time from now on. Most importantly, I had to improve my strength during these precious four years. I had to become stronger, because only then could I defeat that enemy when he arrived!" Uzumaki Chenhao said softly with a smile.

Uzumaki Chenhao's greatest concern now was the enemy who would arrive four years from now. If he failed to defeat him, Konoha might very well be destroyed.

So no matter what, Uzumaki Chenhao had to risk his life to protect Konoha. This was the last place he had to call home, and the memories it held were incomparably precious to him.

It's been a long time since the system issued a mission. I wonder what it's doing. But I don't think I need it to give me missions anymore. Although they offer Lottery draws, those missions probably aren't useful to me now. Still, I can't use that weapon proficiently yet! Uzumaki Chenhao thought silently as he looked at the Storage Ring on his finger.

Over this long period, Uzumaki Chenhao had constantly sought ways to increase his strength so that he could wield the weapon proficiently. But it was far from as simple as he had imagined. Although he could now lift the weapon with ease, he still could not use it skillfully.

Still, being able to lift such an incredibly heavy weapon so easily after all this time was already quite impressive. But if he wanted to bring out its true power, he would have to work even harder.
