Arriving Soon

"In fact, we could make it all the way to Konoha in one go tomorrow. I believe that once we get back, we'll definitely rest properly for a few days. At the very least, we probably won't leave the house for the first day or two. We'll just enjoy ourselves at home!" Chun Muzi said softly with a smile.

Uzumaki Chenhao smiled and nodded, then raised his head to look at the sky. By then, many stars and a bright moon had appeared, illuminating the entire land, though the forest still held patches of darkness.

"Time really has passed so quickly. More than a year went by before we even noticed it—just like that, in the blink of an eye! But no matter what, we've learned a lot and seen many things during this past year or so," Uzumaki Chenhao said with a smile as he looked up at the sky.

After hearing Uzumaki Chenhao's words, Chun Muzi smiled and nodded. Then she got up and began searching the surrounding area for firewood. It seemed they would be making something delicious again tonight, replenishing their stamina properly before another full day of travel tomorrow. They would also be picking up the pace tomorrow to reach Konoha earlier.

"I'll help too. The sooner we finish making dinner, the sooner we can rest. After resting, we'll have to set out early again tomorrow. Let's try to reach Konoha by tomorrow afternoon!" Uzumaki Chenhao said softly with a smile, patting his leg.

With that, he stood up and began preparing tonight's meal with Chun Muzi.
