Jiang Lin's protectors and allies
Chen Xuan is summoned through a Title Douluo summoning card and acts as Jiang Lin's guardian from the beginning. Jiang Lin treats him as a person rather than a disposable subordinate, despite Chen Xuan being bound to obey his commands. 1 2
Tang Yuan joins Jiang Lin after being drawn as a level-98 Peak Douluo. Though compelled to take Jiang Lin's orders, Tang Yuan is assured that he will not be ordered to violate his conscience or harm innocents. 15
Dugu Bo initially opposes Jiang Lin's group over the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well. Tang Yuan's strength leaves him unable to resist, after which Jiang Lin secures Dugu Bo's loyalty by offering to resolve the poison threatening both Dugu Bo and Dugu Yan. 17 18
Sunset Forest confrontation
During Jiang Lin's hunt for a fourth soul ring, the presence of multiple Title Douluo creates a tense standoff in Sunset Forest. Chen Xuan and Tang Yuan face Snake Lance Douluo and Ci Xue, while Dugu Bo battles the Golden Thunder Python nearby. 25 26
