As Yu Xiaogang struggled with the collapse of his reputation, Wang Xiaofei began withdrawing from daily rule and assigned a new training program to Phoenix God Island.

• Wang Xiaofei organized the conquered Soul Masters into Federation departments, named Jialing Pass the capital, and ordered the construction of courts, prisons, and government offices.
• Tang San ascended to the God Realm with his parents and Xiao Wu, while his surviving allies returned to their homes and the defeated sects and empires lay shattered.

Wang Xiaofei’s Federation consolidated its laws and institutions while Douluo Continent prospered and the former sects adapted to the new order. His children began traveling, tested the Federation’s justice system, and Tang San returned with plans to raise allies to godhood.

• Wang Xiaofei strengthened the Federation’s education, research, and public services, then stepped back from government affairs as peace took hold.
• Wang Lanfang and Wang Mingxu grew into gifted Soul Masters, while the former great sects rebuilt as law-abiding families and businesses.

• Wang Xiaofei expelled Tang San, Tang Hao, and Ah Yin from Douluo Star, then took the Golden Ancient Tree from Gu Yuena and planted it at Elemental Academy.
• Wang Lanfang and Wang Mingxu served the Federation and traveled for ten years, then returned as Titled Douluo and warned Wang Xiaofei that the government depended too heavily on him and Phoenix City.
• Wang Xiaofei prepared to seek Chaos Power and trained trusted soul masters to become gods bound to Douluo Star, while Tang San lost his authority in the God Realm.
• Wang Xiaofei restored four soul beasts as gods, left a thread of divine sense in the Golden Ancient Tree, and flew to the sun, where he comprehended the Powers of Creation and Destruction and reached God King strength.
