There was no longer any need to temper one's strength, endure grueling refinement, polish Essence Qi, or temper the flesh as before.
From beginning to end, it was simply about refining Essence Qi.
Refine Essence Qi to death, and that was enough.
Once the quantity and quality of refined Essence Qi met the requirements, one could begin "Meridian-Pulse Acupoint Crossing."
When all 361 major acupoints throughout the body were filled, and the Essence Qi vortices in the dantian and acupoints could no longer grow larger or stronger, one had reached the completion of the Qi Refining Early-Stage and could advance toward the middle stage.
At that point, one could achieve true "Qi Infusion Throughout the Body," forming a layer of Essence Qi protection over the body's surface and greatly enhancing one's defenses.
When the vortex within the dantian continuously compressed and produced the first drop of Essence Qi Spirit Liquid, one had stepped across the threshold into the middle stage.
At that time, the Essence Qi within one's body would greatly increase, allowing one to master "Qi-Riding Flight." Depending on the amount of Essence Qi, one's time in the air and flight distance would differ.
After that, one would continuously condense Essence Qi Spirit Liquid until it formed an Essence Qi Pill.
