The Three Qi and Blood Gates are the third and final stage of the Blood Qi Realm. While the First Qi and Blood Gate stimulates hidden Primordial Energy and the Second refines Five Viscera Essence, this realm breaks the body's Seven Apertures to release and fuse Innate Pure Qi. 11 24
Innate Pure Qi is primordial clear energy retained within the apertures of people with martial aptitude. It is more fundamental and purer than both Primordial Energy and Five Viscera Essence. 24 31
