Su Chen rescued Na'er, began forging under Mu Chen, and grew close to Mu Xi and Ouyang Zixin while displaying overwhelming strength in the Spirit Ascension Platform. He joined the Spirit Pagoda as Leng Yaozhu’s disciple, fused with a ten-thousand-year Soul Spirit, and asked her about Yun Ming.
Su Chen settled into Eastsea Academy, where he became Class One’s strongest student and drew Gu Yue into his circle while continuing his close relationships with Mu Xi and Ouyang Zixin. The group entered the Spirit Ascension Platform, where Su Chen helped Gu Yue strengthen her Soul Rings and Tang Wulin’s Soul Spirit began to evolve.
Su Chen forged Gu Yue a Battle Armor and joined her in the Riot Period Spirit Ascension Platform, where he demonstrated overwhelming strength against Long Yue. Gu Yue continued to wrestle with her mission as Su Chen set his sights on growing strong enough to confront Di Tian and the other great beasts.
Su Chen helped Gu Yue evolve, grew closer to her, and trained with Ye Xinglan before returning to Eastsea City. There, he welcomed Xu Xiaoyan into Zero Class and discovered that her Star Wheel Chain could strengthen his cultivation, while Gu Yue remained wary of his other relationships.
Su Chen became a Saint Craftsman, helped Xu Xiaoyan evolve her martial soul with the Star Gazing Platform, and absorbed enough starlight to reach Level 50. The arc left him planning to seek the Ice and Fire Yin-Yang Well and asking to spar with Starry Sky Soul Master Academy's students.
Su Chen defeated the Nebula Team, then stole the Ice and Fire Yin-Yang Well and used its treasures to strengthen himself and Leng Yaozhu. After converting the Ice Dragon King’s remnant soul into an Unyielding Soul Spirit, he returned to Eastsea City and asked Gu Yue to help him find another powerful remnant soul.
Su Chen and Gu Yue explored Dragon Valley, where Su Chen claimed the Dragon God’s remnants and Gu Yue absorbed the Silver Dragon King’s power. Back at the Spirit Pagoda, Su Chen turned the Dragon God Remnant Soul into a soul spirit, rose to Level 61, and began forming two Soul Cores while the Qiangu Family and Tang Hao and Ah Yin watched his growing power.
Su Chen killed the Qiangu leaders, helped Leng Yaozhu seize the Spirit Pagoda and the Qiangu Family, and strengthened his allies before heading to Shrek. After stealing Eternal Heaven from the Sea God, he fought Chen Xinjie and faced Yun Ming as the battle escalated.
Su Chen defeated his opponents, took control of the Spirit Pagoda branches, and dealt with Dark Bell while strengthening ties with Dai Yuner and the Xu Family. He brought Xu Xiaoyan and Gu Yue to Shrek Academy, where they prepared to take the entrance assessment.
Su Chen and his companions entered Shrek Academy after Leng Yaozhu confronted its leaders over their unfair treatment. As Su Chen built relationships and pursued his plans through the Spirit Pagoda, the Star Dou Battle Network launched, bringing Shrek students into its first matches.
Su Chen navigated his relationships with Gu Yue, Na’er, Yuanen Yehui, and the Leng sisters while punishing Leng Yulai’s unauthorized marriage proposal and defeating the Star Luo Empire’s champions. He left Dai Yuner with the secret that the Spirit Pagoda was preparing to protect the empire from a coming war.
Su Chen’s relationships deepened as he helped Na'er raise her Soul Spirit, then joined Leng Yaozhu on a journey to the Blood God Legion, where his Spatial Orb devastated the Abyssal forces. After the Abyss retreated and the Evil Soul Masters began searching for him, Su Chen vacationed with Leng Yaozhu and Leng Yulai.
Su Chen helped repel the Abyssal invasion, then used his growing power to destroy the Abyss and pursue the Holy Spirit Cult. He brought Lan Fuzi and Bai Xiuxiu into the human world and reunited with Na'er, while Ya Li came to accept their relationship and question Su Chen about his influence on Na'er.
Su Chen eliminated the Nether Emperor, supported Bai Xiuxiu and Lan Fuzi, and helped Gu Yue win the academy’s virtual battlefield assessment. After confronting Di Tian and Xiong Jun over their attempt to capture him, he took Ye Xinglan on a seaside holiday.
Su Chen returned to Shrek, advanced his swordsmanship, and mastered the laws of life and destruction on Silent Devil Island before subduing the Demon Plane. He returned to Shrek City and helped Yuanen Yehui absorb demon blood essence, leaving her to adjust to her transformed bloodline.
