Xu Xiao gained the Eight Spider Lances, gathered allies, and helped bring about Tang Chen’s death, leaving the Clear Sky Sect weakened and in seclusion. He then evolved his Martial Soul with the Dragon Kings’ help, while Ye Lin recovered and the Blue Silver Emperor took the name Zhong Ling.

• The Blue Silver King trapped the Earth Cave Demon Spider, and Xu Xiao bargained with it for help finding Man Faced Demon Spiders and the Purple Winged Spider Emperor.
• Xu Xiao hunted Man Faced Demon Spiders with his companions, found the Eight Spider Lances on one of their corpses, and refined the External Soul Bone.
• Xu Xiao returned to the Blue Silver Forest, welcomed Ling Yuan as their Eighth Sister, and used Soul Bestowal to give Dugu Bo a Ten Thousand Year second Soul Ring.
