Having understood, Zul'ra felt awkward and embarrassed, but he could not very well lose his temper. After all, Trolls and Night Elves had once shared deep friendship ten thousand years ago. Such a reaction was perfectly normal.
After his awkward embarrassment, Zul'ra simply left behind an invitation to the Honor Tournament and bade Tyrande Whisperwind farewell. Tyrande Whisperwind personally saw him off with an apologetic air, saying before they parted that she would keep him informed of the situation by telegram and ensure the friendship between the Kaldorei and the Horde.
Zul'ra had arrived full of enthusiasm, only to return to Orgrimmar after being doused with a bucket of cold water. Before he had even warmed his seat, Magatha Grimtotem mocked him again, saying it all amounted to pressing a warm face against a cold backside and failing to defend the Horde's dignity.
Zul'ra ignored Magatha Grimtotem's mockery, then sent Hamuul Runetotem to Darnassus in his stead to represent the Horde in helping the Kaldorei deal with the fallout from the attack.
According to the subsequent letters from Hamuul Runetotem and Tyrande Whisperwind, Darnassus had largely resolved the blockade around the Emerald Dream. The druids of the Cenarion Circle had successfully used the Scythe of Elune to break through the blockade and establish contact with the Green Dragonflight and druids within the Dream.
The Dream had not been sealed off because Zul'ra had thrown the Scourge into it—well, perhaps that
