December of the twenty-eighth year after the Dark Portal was a day worth commemorating for all Horde people. In the first half of that year, the Judgment Army, formed jointly by the Horde, the Alliance, and other neutral races, had defeated the world-threatening Scourge under the leadership of Paladins Tirion and Bolvar, as well as Zul'ra, King of the Amani. It was a victory.
The first half of the twenty-eighth year after the Dark Portal had been the glory of victory, while the second half was devoted to the Glory Conference held to commemorate that glory. This conference would leave a heavy mark upon Horde history.
Yet to the people of that time, it seemed only like the Shaman Conferences of the past—a gathering to discuss the spirit of the Horde and spread its influence.
On December 10, the farmer Yogi arrived in Orgrimmar with his pet lynx, Lumumu. Gazing at the magnificent giant city before him, he was suddenly transported back to the first time he had come here seven years ago.
Seven years earlier, Yogi had answered Zul'ra Jin's call as a farmer. Leaving his wife and children in the Eastern Kingdoms, he had crossed the sea by ship with his pet companion at the time, Mmululu. After staying in Orgrimmar for a while, he had gone on to Ashenvale to contribute to the construction of Nightsong City, the Amani stronghold there.
More than seven years had passed in the blink of an eye. Yogi's wife and children had arrived in Nightsong City in the twenty-fourth year after the Dark Portal, settling down with him in Ashenvale. His pet lynx Mmululu had already died. Today, Yogi had come to Orgrimmar with Mmululu's child, Lumumu, as a resident representative of Nightsong City attending the conference.
