Sunra had been exceedingly attentive toward the Kaldorei. Malfurion and Tyrande Whisperwind were no fools, so they naturally understood what he meant. Neither of them said anything, but their attitudes showed a degree of goodwill. Their true intentions, however, remained unclear, and Sunra did not take the initiative to raise the matter.
Winning them over was one thing, building friendly relations was another, but shamelessly begging the Kaldorei would change the nature of it. Sunra would not demean the Horde's dignity like that. He would simply do his utmost and then wait to see how things developed.
Having forged friendly ties with the Kaldorei and completed Orgrimmar's reconstruction, the Horde entered a phase of large-scale rebuilding. After a new round of the Cataclysm, the world also entered a period of upheaval.
During the last Cataclysm, every faction, power, and race suffered losses to varying degrees, but the global situation had also shifted.
Twilight's Hammer underwent a massive purge. In particular, Deathwing's death, Benedictus's exposure, and the failure of the Hour of Twilight meant that these cultists could no longer openly cause trouble.
The Twilight Forces had temporarily fallen silent, and the Burning Legion would not invade anytime soon. The Alliance and Horde also had no major conflicts. There were still contradictions between them, of course, but the Horde currently held a considerable advantage. The Dwarves within the Alliance were in disarray, while humanity lacked the strength to contend with the Horde, so there would be no major clashes for the time being.
In this period of peace, aside from farming and developing, everyone naturally had to prepare for war. Several Alliance nations unanimously imposed tariffs and blockades on Horde goods. Although Goblin middlemen prevented those checkpoints from fully cutting off trade, they still bought the Alliance some breathing room.
