Danzo, You Have Overstepped

As Qingcheng's words fell, Danzo felt his chest tighten, making it hard to breathe. But as the leader of Konoha's Root, he had long since cast aside any sense of shame.

Danzo shouted again, "If not for Root, could the residents of those villages live peaceful lives?"

Qingcheng immediately retorted loudly, "You really have no shame! The ninja forces stationed at the borders are the ones protecting the village. During the Second Great Ninja War and the Third Great Ninja War, Root didn't do a damn thing! Other than consuming supplies and killing people from your own village, what use are you?"

Qingcheng's words made Danzo's heart skip a beat, but as an old fox, he immediately argued back. "What could a wet-behind-the-ears brat like you know about Root's greatness? Konoha relies entirely on Root ninja."

Hearing Danzo's words, Qingcheng knew he was muddying the waters, trying to pin all the evil he had done on the needs of Root ninja and the protection of Konoha.

Qingcheng berated him directly, "Danzo, you did it all for yourself! You even transplanted the First Hokage's cells into your arm, desecrating the First Hokage's remains!"

Qingcheng cursed again, "Everything you did was to get rid of the Third Hokage and become Konoha's emperor! You are an inhuman ambitious schemer. Your only motive was power!"

Danzo's body shook at Qingcheng's words. He angrily protested, "It was all for Konoha! Only by making Root stronger can we protect the village better!"

The other ANBU ninja were all shocked. Hearing Qingcheng's revelation, they looked toward Danzo's arm. A white-haired ANBU ninja asked angrily, "Advisor Danzo, did you desecrate the First Hokage's remains?"

The Third Hokage, Mitokado Homura, and the others were also greatly shocked, all shouting, "Danzo, did you do all this?"

Danzo said viciously, "For Konoha, I can do anything, including eliminating this Uchiha brat!"

Seeing Danzo about to attack again, the Third Hokage shouted, "Danzo, you have overstepped! I had no idea you had done so many evil things behind my back. You have betrayed the village!"

With a single sentence, the Third Hokage cleanly distanced himself from everything, making it clear that none of this had anything to do with him while nailing Danzo to the pillar of shame.

Qingcheng thought to himself, As expected of the Third Hokage. He was incredibly practiced at selling Danzo out. Soon, he'll keep berating him and protect his own glorious, towering image.

Seeing everyone condemning him, Danzo immediately realized that he could no longer become Hokage. He roared, "You all believe this Evil Uchiha! I am the one who deserves to become Hokage most! The village cannot do without me!"

Seeing that Danzo had completely cracked, Qingcheng was overjoyed. Smiling, he said, "Danzo, what makes you worthy of becoming Hokage? Just for desecrating the First Hokage's remains, you deserve eternal infamy! You beast, you repeatedly attacked the village's people. The Hokage is someone who bears the hopes of every villager. You are utterly unworthy of becoming Hokage!"

Danzo gritted his teeth, his eyes bloodshot as he glared at Qingcheng like a furious lion. He roared, "You Evil Uchiha! For Konoha, I will kill you right now!"

Danzo then prepared to form seals one-handed with his left hand and unleash Wind Release Ninjutsu against Qingcheng.

Seeing Danzo preparing to attack, the ANBU ninja also began forming seals with both hands, ready to attack him and protect the Third Hokage.

The atmosphere in the Hokage's Office instantly grew tense again, as though a great battle was about to erupt. At that moment, Hiruzen Sarutobi glared furiously at Danzo and sternly rebuked him, "Danzo, you have overstepped! I am the Hokage. Are you trying to rebel?"

Utatane Koharu and Mitokado Homura both understood Danzo's personality. They knew just how obsessed their former teammate was with the position of Hokage.

Mitokado Homura pointed at Danzo with a condemning expression and shouted, "Danzo, you have overstepped! Hiruzen is the Hokage. Are you going to betray Konoha?"

As everyone condemned him, Danzo's face was filled with anger and helplessness. He said furiously, "Everything I did was for Konoha! If the village loses Root, then Konoha will have no protection in the shadows!"

Hearing Danzo's words, Qingcheng cursed inwardly, Danzo is still stubbornly refusing to admit it. He's trying to play the emotional card and bluff his way through this first.

Qingcheng's Shadow Clone shouted, "This time, I will make you unwrap those bandages and let every Konoha villager and every Konoha ninja see what kind of creature Shimura Danzo really is! Yet you keep claiming that everything you did was for Konoha's villagers."

Qingcheng cursed righteously, "If Konoha were full of executioners like you, who knows how many evil people it would raise! You old dog Danzo, you slaughtered the village's ninja at will and even desecrated the First Hokage's remains. I, Uchiha Qingcheng, will never let you off!"

Qingcheng's Shadow Clone then raised the Three-pronged Kunai high again and said coldly, "Uchiha Yongcheng, by my urgent command, heed my summons! Hurry and wipe out all these beasts!"

All the ANBU ninja and Konoha higher-ups looked awkward after Qingcheng called them beasts over and over. They shouted, "Danzo, behave yourself, you old beast!"

Although Hiruzen Sarutobi had also been called a beast, seeing Qingcheng prepare to throw the kunai again greatly alarmed him. According to the information relayed by the ANBU, when the Three-pronged Kunai fell, a black rift would appear in space, and Uchiha Yongcheng would emerge from thin air while wielding Susanoo.

The Third Hokage rebuked him again, "Danzo, I now order you to remove the bandages from your right hand and completely remove the bandages from your right eye as well. I want to see whether you truly committed such acts that outrage both gods and men!"

The Third Hokage immediately came to his senses again and rebuked him, "Danzo, you have overstepped! I am the Hokage. I now order you to remove the bandages from your right hand and from your eye as well!"

The atmosphere in the Hokage's Office instantly became tense once more. Danzo saw everyone watching him warily, with some even preparing to move against him and seize him. In that instant, he knew the tide had turned and there was no way to reverse the situation.
