As the darkest and most depraved infinite city in the galaxy, Commorragh is an incredible trans-dimensional starport city. It relies on two stolen stars for energy, and almost all its sectors are connected by portal gates.

It is not only the Knife-ears who live in Commorragh; all sorts of humans and alien mercenaries hide in the hollowed-out districts, specifically waiting for unsuspecting sheep to wander in.

The basic social organization of Commorragh is the Kabals, which are essentially interstellar armed criminal syndicates with a touch of pirate and family-gangster flair.

These interstellar pirate groups vary in size; the weak ones might just be small-time thugs with a few guns, but the powerful ones can rival an Astartes chapter and match the deployment mechanisms of the Imperium of Man.

As an elder of the Wych Cults, Lelith is akin to a Primarch roaming outside; her personal power is immense, and the territory under her jurisdiction is entirely led by her.

Yet, even in a godforsaken place like Commorragh, which lacks any laws or regulations, there are still a few fundamental rules that must be followed, even for someone like Lelith, who is comparable to the Regent.

The two most important rules are: first, the use of anything related to psionic energy or Warp energy is strictly prohibited within the city to avoid attracting the attention of She Who Thirsts.

The other is to obey Asdrubael Vect, always remembering that he is the boss of Commorragh. If he says jump, you jump; if he says wet your pants, you wet them.

Especially after Slaanesh descended upon Commorragh, these two rules became the necessary means for all Dark Eldar to survive. But now, these Knife-ears might need to add a third: never provoke that terrifying monster named Hogg.
