Combined with their extreme reproductive capabilities, they might seem like a terrifying alien threat capable of ravaging a planet, but in the end, they are nothing special. In terms of swarming, they cannot compare to the Tyranids, and in terms of individual combat strength, they are likely inferior to the mutants in the lower levels of a Hive City.

To Imperium, these aliens—which could easily be the protagonists of a horror movie—are mere child's play. Never mind the Space Marine, even the Tempestus Scions wouldn't bother showing up; such tasks are left to the planetary PDF.

Even the PDF might not have the time, as they are already busy fighting internal rebels, Chaos cultists, and even Genestealer cults. Such enemies are usually outsourced to local gangs to be dealt with internally.
