Listening to the Emperor Tell the Story of Him and Malcador (3K+)
I felt not the slightest sympathy for Curze, who was being beaten to his knees and screaming for mercy. Next up was the eternal Imperial Regent, the Sigillite, who had single-handedly changed the fate of the Imperium and embodied the spirit of gold—Malcador! (dramatic voice)
Seeing Hogg beat Curze while taking the time to provide his own voice-over, the Emperor, long immune to every kind of nonsense, paid no attention. He ignored Curze's pleas for help and even started humming along, completely forgetting his foolish son now that his best buddy was here.
Unlike the other Primarchs, Malcador hadn't been remade as a baby, so the preparations were exceptionally simple. All they had to do was use fleshcrafting to shape a physical body, then have the Emperor shove a fragment of his soul into it, and Malcador would be good as new.
Hogg didn't believe for a second that the Emperor hadn't pulled some tricks while bringing Malcador back to life. He immediately kicked aside Curze, whose face was swollen and bruised, then dragged Bile over to watch.
The moment Hogg opened the cultivation pod, which had already served its purpose, he burst out laughing. He snatched the fifty Dogecoins from Bile, slung an arm around the Emperor's shoulders like a street punk, and grinned lecherously.
"Not bad, Yellow Weasel. So Malcador was this tender back then? Look at that cute little face—one pinch and he'd squirt water. That counts as hiring a child laborer, doesn't it?"
The Emperor remained expressionless, his skin thicker than a city wall. Hogg's words did not faze him in the slightest. He simply said:
"I remember it was a sunny afternoon. In those days, humanity had yet to fall into ruin because
