Just as Hogg had predicted, the experiment was a complete success. Aside from needing the Emperor to use Enuncia to reshape the fragments, he could say he had done it all by himself.

Like psychic powers, Enuncia was a system of power Hogg couldn't learn. He'd have to stick to playing around with his red Psionic Energy. But the Emperor wasn't the only one who could use Enuncia. Malice was Hogg's birth mother, and she could use it too.

Even if all else failed, Hogg had a backup plan: the Perpetual Erda, whom he had already brought completely under his control. If he couldn't learn it himself, he could have Blackwatch study it. Surely someone would manage to pick it up.

The only minor problem was that even after the experiment was over, Hogg still couldn't tell whose memories were in those two glowing memory orbs. He could only shove them in at random. Worst case, he'd make a second round of adjustments.

"How could it be? Unless you destroy it all over again, the reshaping process is absolutely irreversible. You think Primarchs are modeling clay you can mold however you want? Tell me this: if you can transform into any shape you please, why do you still keep this template?"
