In Hogg's mind, the Eldar were a bunch of dried-up, humanoid tree frogs. They looked skinny, but their bodies were nothing but muscle, hard enough to bruise you to death.
But Akama clearly wasn't one of them. Maybe she wasn't very bright, or maybe she'd gotten fat from slacking off too much. Either way, the heavens had blessed her with a fine physique, and she was fuller-figured than the average Eldar.
Hogg was quite pleased with his personal mount. As they headed into the temple, he took a good look at the scenery around them.
"Hogg, when we meet the gods in a moment, you must observe proper etiquette. Don't cause trouble like you usually do. You absolutely must remember!"
"I know, I know. I'm always refined and easygoing. They're not the reason I came here, so you can put your mind at ease."
Akama was very pleased with his promise. She was terrified that Hogg would cause trouble; her little family couldn't possibly bear the wrath of the gods. With that weight lifted from her heart, even her steps grew lighter as she carried Hogg forward.
But unlike Akama, who was now at ease, Hogg saw nothing but lewd, obscene scenes everywhere he looked. They were even more depraved than what the Eldar commoners outside were getting up to. Clearly, the Eldar had rotted to the core.
Faced with Chaos Corruption born of extreme emotions, humanity chose to protect its soul with loyalty—or temper it with a little of the Blacklight Sect's signature stupidity. But they never chose to indulge themselves. The Knife-ears had clearly forgotten the kind of world they had grown up in.
Never mind. They'll soon pay for what they've done. Why should I get angry on their behalf?
