As Kale drew the short knife at his waist and began dressing the lobster's corpse, he listened intently to the conversation between Angron and the giant wearing that strange helmet, unwilling to miss even a single word.

"That has nothing to do with you. That helmet is somewhat interesting, though. It can isolate outside influences of will? Are you very afraid of being beguiled into doing something you do not wish to do?"

The giant blacksmith's eyes tightened behind the helmet—his opponent had made no attempt to hide where he came from, silently dispelling his probe, even disdainful of concealment.

That bold, heroic nature reminded him of another great figure, one with an equally massive build.

"Might you be from among the stars, sir?"
