The arc left him tasked with forming a five-thousand-member army and ordering a military camp in Xili City.

• Murong Huai completed all nine ultimate techniques, but thirteen conflicting attributes nearly destroyed his body until Heavenly Punishment stabilized them and helped him form a Soul Core.

Murong Huai built up the Judgment Heavenly Army and brought the major sects into Spirit Hall’s orbit while developing new soul tools. After crushing Star Luo’s force, he returned to Judgment City and began preparing for Spirit Hall’s unification campaign as Scorpion Tiger accepted a mission against him.

• Murong Huai established Judgment City’s army, armed and trained ten thousand former Black Flame soldiers, and named the force the Judgment Heavenly Army.

Murong Huai and Spirit Hall destroyed the Asura God’s projection, then launched coordinated invasions of the Star Luo and Heaven Dou Empires. The arc ended with Dai Lingfeng dead and Spirit Hall’s forces taking Heaven Dou City and its imperial seal.

Spirit Hall unified the continent and founded an empire while Murong Huai gathered the power and support of the dragon and Far North soul beasts. When the Asura God descended to kill him, Murong Huai struck him down at the cost of his own life, leaving his family to find his body.

• Qian Xunji proclaimed the continent unified, and Murong Chayue, Murong Fuhai, and Murong Huai helped set plans for relief, reconstruction, and security.
• Bo Saixi defeated Tang Chen and Qian Daoliu, then received Qian Daoliu’s bracelet and portraits before he returned to Spirit City and reunited with Qian Xunji.
