Goku Returns to Adult Form, Vegeta Transforms into Super Saiyan 4

After eliminating Baby, Kibito used the Sacred Water to purify the people on Earth and Planet Tuffle, restoring everyone's sanity.

Vegeta then transformed right there on the Lookout. Just as he had claimed, he didn't lose his sanity and successfully achieved the Super Saiyan 4 transformation.
