Arriving on Earth

Tights looked at the Earth looming before her, feeling deeply moved. She had not been home in a long time; having spent these years traveling through the universe, she had missed her family dearly.

The spaceship soon reached Earth, pierced through the atmosphere, and made its way toward West City.

"We're here. That's my home," Tights said, pointing toward the massive circular building ahead.

"It hasn't changed a bit after all this time," Tights remarked with a sigh.

The ship landed on the lawn of the courtyard, and Dr. Brief and Mrs. Brief stepped out to investigate.

"Oh my, it's Tights who has returned!" Mrs. Brief said happily, linking her arm with Dr. Brief.

"It's good to be back, it's good to be back," Dr. Brief added, looking quite pleased.

What parents wouldn't worry about their children? Tights had been gone for so many years. Although she occasionally kept in touch, they couldn't help but worry until they saw their daughter safe and sound. Naturally, they were overjoyed to see her return.

As soon as Tights stepped off the ship, she saw her parents smiling at her. A lump formed in her throat, and tears welled up in her eyes as she rushed forward to embrace them both.

"Mom, Dad, I'm home."

"It's good to be back, it's good to be back."

Watching this heartwarming scene, Gogito didn't rush to leave the ship, deciding to give them a moment.

Mrs. Brief fussed over her daughter, asking after her well-being, while Dr. Brief stood by, watching the mother and daughter quietly.

Feeling that enough time had passed, Gogito stepped off the ship. When Mrs. Brief saw him, she exclaimed in surprise, "Oh my, Tights even brought back a handsome young man!!!"

"Tights, is this your boyfriend?"

"That's right, I am Tights' boyfriend. My name is Gogito."

Gogito and Tights had confirmed their relationship while they were studying on Planet Yardrat.

At that moment, Bulma noticed the commotion outside and came out to the living room to investigate. She was stunned to see Gogito and Tights.

"Big sister, you're back? And you brought home a super handsome boyfriend!"

Bulma pointed at Gogito and said, "Where did you find such a handsome guy, sister? I want to find one too." Although Bulma already had Yamcha as a boyfriend, that didn't stop her from admiring a handsome face.

Tights was already accustomed to this behavior from Bulma. She knew her sister well—she loved handsome men and couldn't help but be drawn to them whenever she saw one.

"I met Gogito while I was traveling. I had stopped to resupply when I happened to run into him after his ship broke down. His ship was totaled, so we decided to travel together," Tights explained briefly.

"That really is a special kind of fate. The fact that you two ended up together must be destiny," Mrs. Brief said cheerfully. She was delighted that her daughter had found lifelong happiness, and she trusted her daughter's judgment implicitly.

After some casual chatter, Mrs. Brief stood up to leave. Having learned during their conversation that Gogito had a massive appetite, she went to instruct the kitchen to prepare extra food so they wouldn't run out.

Tights and Bulma also stood up and followed their mother; it seemed the three women had some private matters to discuss. Tights didn't forget to look back and say, "Gogito, feel free to look around if you want, but remember to be back in time for dinner."

Dr. Brief stayed behind to chat with Gogito for a while longer, and Gogito took the opportunity to ask, "Doctor, my own ship is damaged. Could I trouble you to help me redesign a new one?"

"With the technology I currently possess, I cannot build a ship capable of interstellar travel," Dr. Brief replied.

"Tights brought my ship back with her. If you have that ship to reference, would it be possible?"

Gogito had prepared for this. In the original story, Dr. Brief had used the technology from the ship Goku arrived in to build a new one—the very ship Goku later used to travel to Namek.

"If I have something to reference, I will need to study it. I'll give you an answer once I have," Dr. Brief said. He was quite curious about extraterrestrial technology, though he couldn't guarantee success.

Hearing Dr. Brief's response, Gogito knew the matter was likely settled.

Dr. Brief left immediately, seemingly to go ask Tights for the ship. It appeared that alien technology still held a strong allure for someone like him.

Gogito couldn't sit still either; he decided to head to Kami's Lookout to see the Earth's warriors. In truth, Gogito harbored a doubt. In his past life, the internet claimed Mr. Popo was a hidden powerhouse—that he was the one who taught Goku Ultra Instinct, and that he had hidden his true strength during the Majin Buu era, as evidenced by his ability to catch the punch of Trunks while he was a Super Saiyan.

Gogito pressed two fingers to his forehead and vanished instantly. A black cat kept by Dr. Brief widened its eyes and ran to the spot where Gogito had been standing to investigate, but it found nothing.

On Kami's Lookout, Krillin, Tien Shinhan, Chiaotzu, and Yamcha were training, with Kami and Mr. Popo watching from the side.

Suddenly, Gogito appeared on the Lookout. Everyone saw him, and upon noticing the tail behind him, they grew tense.

"A-a Saiyan??"

"Didn't they say it would take a year to reach Earth? Why are they here after only half a year?" Krillin shouted in terror.

"No, look closely. This Saiyan is different. We can't sense his energy at all. If he hadn't appeared right in front of us, we wouldn't have noticed him. That means this Saiyan knows how to suppress his energy."

"According to the intel, those two Saiyans couldn't control their energy; they relied heavily on the scouters worn over their eyes. But this Saiyan isn't wearing anything like that."

"Furthermore, Raditz said that two Saiyans would arrive on Earth in a year, so the Saiyan before us shouldn't be one of the guys Raditz mentioned."

The group analyzed the situation calmly and eventually reached a conclusion.
