Young Nail returned to the Grand Elder's residence.
"Grand Elder, I have returned!" Young Nail said in a low voice.
The Grand Elder watched Young Nail quietly.
After a while.
The Grand Elder smiled and said, "Are you blaming me for not unlocking your potential?"
"No!" Nail said.
The Grand Elder shook his head; he knew exactly what was on Young Nail's mind.
It was nothing more than his frustration at his own lack of strength, fearing he would be unable to protect Namek in the future.
The Grand Elder said nothing else and began to talk about the history of Namek's development.
The great catastrophe that once struck Namek had plunged the Namekians into a life-or-death crisis, causing many of their kin to flee...
The Grand Elder went on to discuss matters within the race, noting that Namekian combat power was generally not very high, and even those gifted combat-type Namekians were not exceptionally strong.
"We once had a combat-type super genius in our race named Slug, whose combat power exceeded 10 million."
The Grand Elder continued, "But even he could not contend with the enemies of the future."
"Do you understand now, child?"
Young Nail's eyes widened. So, his race had once possessed such a powerful expert, and even he was no match for the future enemies?
The Grand Elder had told Young Nail so much to explain that Namekians revere nature; even during that great catastrophe, they had not used the Dragon Ball to turn the tide. Thus, they would not use the Wishing Orb unless it was an absolute last resort.
Furthermore, Namekian combat power was generally low, making them unable to defeat future enemies on their own, leaving them no choice but to seek help from others!
Hearing this, Young Nail nodded helplessly.
Kasso, you must not let me down in the future! Young Nail thought to himself.
Since the Grand Elder said Kasso could save Namek in the future, he could only entrust it to him.
Afterward, Young Nail walked out the door and resumed his diligent training, hoping to contribute to Namek in the future.
Watching Young Nail's retreating figure, the Grand Elder fell into deep thought.
"Why has the future changed so much!"
On the other side.
Kasso flew to the landing site of the spaceship.
He looked back once in the direction of the Grand Elder's residence.
Then, he reached out to touch the ship and performed Instant Transmission, locking onto the direction of Yardrat.
A few days passed.
"Huff, huff!" Kasso lay on a mountain peak in the southern part of Yardrat, gasping for air.
With a combat power of only 12,000 and a lack of proficiency in sensing "ki," he had performed Instant Transmission over a hundred times across the universe. He had exhausted his "ki" multiple times along the way and had to rest repeatedly before finally returning to Yardrat.
"Finally back on Yardrat!"
Kasso rested for a while. Although Instant Transmission was exhausting, it was much faster than taking a spaceship.
Because of this, his sensitivity to "ki" had become sharper; if he were to encounter Young Nail again, he reckoned he could locate him in less than a second.
Moreover, by repeatedly exhausting the "ki" in his body, his combat power had increased slightly.
Kasso's combat power: 12,500
Kasso looked up at the sky.
The sky was purple, with a few purple clouds drifting together in the horizon, hazy and ethereal. As a breeze blew past, it felt almost otherworldly.
"I wonder how Little Biel is doing now!"
Kasso had been away for several months and missed Ausbie dearly.
When he was still on Planet Vegeta, he had never been away from Little Biel for this long. This departure had been a last resort; if Little Biel successfully learned Instant Transmission and came out of seclusion only to find him gone, she would surely be anxious.
The image of Little Biel crying appeared in his mind, and Kasso felt anxious, eager to see her as soon as possible.
But his "ki" had not yet recovered, and Kasso was helpless.
Time ticked by second by second.
Kasso's "ki" finally recovered a bit, and he impatiently activated Instant Transmission.
The Secret Technique Room on Yardrat.
A Little Girl sat in front of a stone tablet, her chubby little face scrunched up as if she had encountered something of vital importance.
Suddenly!
The Little Girl beamed with joy, her face full of delight.
She raised her short little hand, pressing her fingers against her brow.
"Right here!" the Little Girl murmured.
Her entire body vanished from where she stood.
Outside the Secret Technique Room.
Kasso appeared, glancing at the two guards.
"As I thought."
His previous hypothesis was correct; the strength of these two guards was indeed around 5,000 in combat power.
Just as Kasso was pondering, the figure of a little girl appeared in the air.
"Little Biel!"
Kasso was incredibly excited, flying up at high speed to pull her into a tight embrace.
"Brother Kasso!" Ausbie said happily.
Kasso held her soft body, breathing in the scent that belonged to Little Biel.
"Little Biel!" Kasso rested his chin on Ausbie's head, murmuring to himself.
"Brother Kasso, don't hold so tight!" A flush appeared on Ausbie's snow-white face, and she felt a bit breathless. Why did Brother Kasso feel so strange?
"I... I'm sorry."
Kasso felt a bit embarrassed, but then he suddenly realized something.
"You learned Instant Transmission?" Kasso said in surprise.
He had just seen Little Biel appear in the air suddenly, rather than flying over. It seemed she had learned Instant Transmission, but wasn't that a bit exaggerated?
If he remembered correctly, Little Biel had only been comprehending it for eleven months.
In fact, it wasn't just Kasso who was surprised; the two guards in front of the Secret Technique Room were so shocked their jaws nearly hit the floor!
They had never seen such talented individuals, and each one was more formidable than the last. That little guy named Kasso was even more ferocious than this little girl, having learned Instant Transmission in a mere six months.
On Yardrat, only the super geniuses in history could learn Instant Transmission in such a short time.
"I... I only know a little bit!" Little Biel said, feeling a bit shy.
Ausbie told Kasso that she could currently only perform Instant Transmission over short distances, couldn't teleport long distances, and sometimes even failed to move successfully!
Even so, Kasso couldn't help but be stunned.
Little Biel's current situation was likely due to her lack of familiarity with "ki," combined with her low base strength, which caused these issues.
Kasso thought to himself, Goku probably wasn't much better than this!
"Brother Kasso, I'm hungry!" Ausbie said bashfully.
Kasso patted her head: "Let's go, we'll go find something to eat right now."
"Mm!" Little Biel nodded happily.
Kasso took Ausbie to a nearby planet, where wild beasts were everywhere, each one as large as a tiger.
Soon, Kasso caught a Giant Stag.
After preparing it, he placed it by the fire to roast.
Ausbie sat beside Kasso: "Brother Kasso, where did you go these past few months? I didn't see you when I woke up!"
Kasso smiled and began to recount the events of the past few months.
When Kasso mentioned Young Nail, Ausbie immediately called Young Nail a little rascal.
When he spoke of the appearance of the Divine Dragon, Ausbie's eyes widened, her face full of curiosity.
Soon, Kasso had told her everything, except for the accident that occurred when he made his third wish to the dragon.
"Brother Kasso, next time take me to unlock my potential too, okay? I want to increase my combat power so I can protect you!"
"Alright, I'll listen to whatever Little Biel says!"
"Hee hee, Brother Kasso is the best."
Ausbie hugged Kasso's arm tightly, her eyes fixed intently on the roasting meat before the fire.
