Background / History

Ling Yun, a 21st-century Dragon Ball enthusiast, transmigrated into the dying body of Kasso after the original Kasso was severely injured protecting Ausbie from Nappa. Ling Yun's memories and personality merged with Kasso's, creating the identity that continued as Kasso. He learned that it was Age 735—only two years before Frieza would destroy Planet Vegeta—and made survival his immediate priority. 1

Kasso left Planet Vegeta with Ausbie and reached Mumu Planet, where he began pursuing training, ki control, and the resources needed to survive beyond Saiyan society. 2 4 He later traveled to Namek, gained the Grand Elder's conditional support, and had his potential unlocked in exchange for a promise to assist the Namekians during a future catastrophe. 10 12
