The prosperity of the royal capital was reduced to rubble in an instant, its streets now lined with crumbling walls and ruins.

The aliens surrounding the Great Apes launched their attacks.
Blast after blast slammed into the Saiyans in their Great Ape forms.

Terrifying explosions rang out, their sun-bright flashes illuminating the entire area. Smoke from the blasts enveloped the Great Apes.
"We did it!" the aliens shouted excitedly.
They'd thought the Great Apes would be powerful, but they'd gone down without a fight.
Suddenly—

"Look!"
"That's impossible!"
As the smoke cleared, the Great Apes stood unharmed, without a scratch.
"Roar! Roar!"
The Great Apes seemed to have been enraged. Each one roared and grabbed several huge stones, hurling them wildly in every direction!
"Impossible!" one alien screamed in terror. The next moment, he was crushed beneath a foot.
Amid the chaos, several unlucky aliens were struck by the stones. Their bodies burst apart, leaving them a bloody mess—horrifying to behold!
But—
The Great Apes showed no sign of calming down. They gathered energy in their mouths and formed laser blasts, just like the ones Ausbie had charged while in her Great Ape form!
Kasso's earlier struggle against Ausbie showed just how troublesome these Great Apes were. Without enough strength to overwhelm them, they would be extremely difficult to defeat.

The Saiyans' battle power had surpassed 10,000 in their Great Ape forms, and the strongest among them might even be around 100,000.
The members of Frieza's Ginyu Force were no stronger than that. Only Captain Ginyu, with a battle power of 120,000, could surpass them!
Anyone with a battle power above 10,000 could dominate a region of the universe. How could those weaklings possibly deal with this horde of Saiyan monkeys?

Frieza yawned behind his hand, preparing to recall his troops and step in himself.
With a whoosh, someone suddenly appeared before him.
"Well, hello there, friend. Who are you?"
Frieza was a little surprised. He hadn't noticed how the child had appeared.

If I made a move, I could destroy Planet Vegeta in less than a minute, let alone King Vegeta.
Frieza wanted to see what the little brat was planning.
"This is my advice!"
The moment the words left his mouth—
Kasso unleashed all his power and shot forward like a gust of wind. With Instant Transmission, he appeared right in front of Frieza and punched him hard.

Frieza's eyes flew wide open. His mouth twisted, and the red muscles in his face caved in slightly. On closer inspection, his skin had even been scraped.

The earth shook, and the spacecraft all around them rocked unsteadily. The already-thin atmosphere of Planet Vegeta split into patches of vacuum, as if space itself were about to shatter.
Dodoria had witnessed everything. Terror gripped him. Was King Frieza going to kill him to keep him quiet?

Frieza's enraged aura disrupted the surrounding ions, which gathered into arcs of electricity like silver snakes!
"Unforgivable!"
Frieza roared again, scanning every corner around him for Kasso.
But the mysterious child had truly vanished into thin air, just as he had appeared.
"Where is he?"
Had he really disappeared into thin air?
The child looked a lot like a Saiyan. Could he have been one?
Frieza clenched his teeth, his eyes bloodshot. He wished he could find that mysterious child and tear him to pieces.
